About Northvex
Who you aredealing with.
Almost every estimating service you can find online is anonymous: no named people, no address, no phone number, and no explanation of who is actually measuring your drawings. That is a strange thing to accept from somebody you are about to send a confidential bid set to.
One half measures, prices, models and draws the work from the documents you send. The other half builds the website, runs the search and manages the advertising for the same contractors.
- Estimating, models and drawings
- Websites, search and advertising
- Not a contractor

Two disciplinesOne standard
How we got here
Three years of the work. One year of the company.
Northvex Solutions LLC was formed in 2026. The work is older than the name: roughly three years of measuring, pricing, drawing and reviewing came first, done for contractors who kept sending the next set.
The digital half grew out of those same relationships rather than out of a marketing plan. The people who trusted us with a bid set are the people whose websites, search and advertising we now run, which is why the two halves sit inside one firm instead of two.
What has not changed in any of it is the arrangement. Documents in, a written fee and a delivery date back, and deliverables you can open and edit rather than a PDF with a number at the bottom.

Two disciplines
One side prices the work. The other side wins it.
One
Construction and engineering
We measure, price, model, draw and review from issued documents, across all CSI divisions. We do not build, we hold no contractor licence, we are not the engineer of record, and we make no site visits. That independence is the point of hiring us.
- All CSI divisions
- From issued documents
- No design of record

The other
Digital
Websites, search and advertising for construction businesses. This half exists because the same buyer needs both, and because a firm that prices your work already understands what your website has to say.
- Websites
- Search
- Advertising
Capabilities
Eleven lines of work, on both sides of the firm.

Construction and engineering

- 01Estimating & TakeoffAll CSI divisions. Measured quantities and a live workbook you can edit, not a PDF with a number at the bottom.
- 02BIM ModelingRevit models and coordination, built from the issued documents so the model and the estimate agree.
- 03Engineering ServicesTechnical support and review behind the numbers and the drawings. No design of record by this firm.
- 04Shop DrawingsSteel, tile and masonry submittals, cropped from the engineer’s own sheets and never redrawn.
- 05Plan & Scope ReviewWe read every page and tell you what is missing before anybody prices it.
- 06Bid & Proposal SupportUnit price schedules, schedules of values and alternates, built to the bid form you were issued.
- 07Web Design & DevelopmentSites for contractors, built by the people who price contractors’ work.
- 08SEOTechnical audits and content built around the searches your buyers actually run.
- 09Google AdsCampaign structure, negatives and conversion tracking, with the budget under control.
- 10Social MediaProfiles and a posting rhythm that show finished work instead of stock photographs.
- 11BrandingA mark, a palette and a type system, locked to exact values you can hand to anyone.
The boundary
Clear boundaries.Better work.
This distinction matters more than anything else here, and a contractor will spot it immediately if it is fudged.
We do
- Measure quantities from issued documents
- Price them into editable estimating workbooks
- Prepare bids and proposals
- Review document sets
- Prepare shop drawings for steel, tile and masonry
- Build the websites
- Run the search work
- Manage the advertising
We do not
- Perform construction
- Hold a contractor licence
- Employ field crews
- Provide engineering design
- Visit sites
- We do
- Measure quantities from issued documents, price them into editable estimating workbooks, prepare bids and proposals, review document sets, and prepare shop drawings for steel, tile and masonry. And we build the websites, run the search work and manage the advertising for the same contractors.
- We do not perform construction
- Northvex is not a contractor. It holds no contractor licence, it employs no field crews and it builds nothing. Every project referenced on this site is one where we prepared an estimate, a drawing package, a review, or a website.
- We do not provide engineering design
- Shop drawings translate an engineer’s design into fabrication information. They do not create or modify the design, and every package we issue says so explicitly.
- We do not visit sites
- The construction work is done from the documents you supply. Where a site condition matters and the documents do not cover it, we tell you it is an open question rather than assuming an answer.
Why one firm does both
The same buyer, twice a year, for two different reasons.
Construction and engineering
Bid capacity in March
What joins them
Understanding the work
Digital
A website an owner reads in June
It reads as an odd pairing until you look at who buys them. A general contractor who needs bid capacity in March is the same person whose website an owner will look at in June. A restoration contractor competing for repair work is competing in a search result before they compete on price.
The practical consequence is that the digital half does not have to be taught the business. We know what a scope is, why a trade list matters more than a services page, and why a project gallery without permission is a problem rather than a feature.
The honest limit is that we sell the digital work to people we already know rather than marketing it cold, because the relationship is what makes it work.
How the work is delivered
Documents in, deliverables out.
You send a set, we quote a fee and a turnaround, you approve it, and you get back a workbook, a markup set and a written basis for every number in it.
There is no minimum engagement and no retainer required to start. Most contractors begin with one package or one plan review and decide from there.
- 01Documents inYou send the set.
- 02Fee and turnaroundBoth quoted in writing, before anything is measured.
- 03You approveNothing starts until you have.
- 04Measured, priced or builtBy whichever half of the firm the job belongs to.
- 05Deliverables outA workbook, a markup set and a written basis for every number.
Where we work
The United States and Canada, from wherever the documents are.
We take work across the United States and Canada. Because the construction work is done from documents rather than site visits, geography is not a constraint on where we can take a job.
It is a constraint on what we know, and jurisdiction knowledge is real: bid forms, unit price schedules, wage regimes and submittal formats genuinely differ by state and agency. Where we have not worked in your jurisdiction before, we will say so.

How your documents are handled
Your set is used to price your job, and for nothing else.
Your set is used to price your job and for nothing else. It is not shared with another contractor, it is not used as marketing material, and nothing from a client set appears on this website without that client’s written permission.
We will sign your NDA. If you want the documents deleted after delivery, say so and we will confirm in writing when it is done.
That is why the work index carries no client names and no values. Publishing a contractor’s bid pricing would expose it to their competitors, and no marketing page is worth that.
The standard
The same on every job, whichever half of the firm is doing it.

- 01
An open question stays an open question
Where the documents do not cover a condition, you are told. Nothing is assumed to keep a number tidy.
- 02
Every number has a written basis
A workbook you can edit and a markup set, so any figure can be traced back to the sheet it came from.
- 03
Your set stays yours
Used to price your job and nothing else. We sign your NDA, and we confirm deletion in writing if you ask for it.
- 04
We say where we have not worked
Bid forms, wage regimes and submittal formats differ by state and agency. An unfamiliar jurisdiction is named rather than glossed.
- 05
Nothing has to be committed to up front
No minimum engagement and no retainer. Most contractors start with one package or one plan review.

What is still not on this page.
No client names, no contract values and no bid outcomes, anywhere on this site. Publishing a contractor’s pricing would expose it to their competitors, and no marketing page is worth that.
The work index carries the jobs and the samples page carries the deliverables. Both are more useful than a paragraph about our values.

The digital work is sold to people we already know rather than marketed cold, because the relationship is what makes it work.
Have a set to price? Have a business to grow?
Both halves of the firm start the same way: send what you have, and a written fee and a delivery date come back before anything is measured or built.
