Whether we are pricing a construction package, developing project documentation or building a digital experience, the process stays clear, structured and accountable from start to finish.
Ten stages, from the set arriving to the questions raised along the way.
Documents received
You send the set, the specifications, any addenda issued so far, and the bid form if it is public work. Everything is logged on arrival, including what was not sent.
The set is reconciled and page counted
Every sheet indexed and matched against the drawing list, both directions. Missing sheets and uncontrolled sheets are identified now, not discovered later.
Scope is confirmed with you
What you want priced, what you are excluding, and what your own subs already cover. A short conversation that prevents a long one.
Fee and turnaround are quoted, in writing
Before anything is measured, in United States dollars. You approve the fee and the delivery date, then work starts. Nothing is measured on the assumption that you will pay for it.
Measurement, with scale calibration
Scale verified against printed dimensions in both axes on each sheet series. Every quantity measured, and every one of them given a basis note recording where it came from.
The workbook is built
Quantities carry into the eight tab format. Rates, crews, equipment and materials priced for the project area. The markup cascade goes in as editable cells.
Verification gates are run
Scale, area reconciliation, cross references, units and exclusions each checked before anything is issued. A gate that fails sends the work back rather than out.
Delivery
Workbook, markup drawings and the written basis, in formats you can actually use rather than a locked export.
Revisions
Corrections to our own work are ours to fix. Changes caused by a new addendum or a change of scope are quoted before they are done, so there is no surprise on either side.
Questions raised throughout
Anything the documents cannot answer is written up as we go rather than held to the end. You get the questions in time to ask them.

Your set is used to price your job and for nothing else. It is not shared with another contractor, it is not used as marketing material, and nothing from a client set appears on this website without that client’s written permission.
We will sign your NDA if you have one. If you want the set deleted after delivery, say so and we will confirm in writing when it is done.
