Services

Eleven lines of work,two disciplines.

One half measures and prices construction. The other half gets the same contractors found and makes them look like the firm they actually are. Most clients start with one and end up using both.

How they fit together

On the construction side a job runs in the same order every time. The set arrives and gets reviewed before anything else, because a set with missing sheets cannot be priced honestly. Then the quantities get measured. If you price your own work, that is where it stops. If you want a number, the quantities carry into the estimating workbook. If you are bidding public work, the bid and proposal documents get built to the form you were issued.

Shop drawings sit apart from that sequence. They are bought by a different person, a fabricator or a trade sub rather than a bidding contractor, and they are worked from the contract documents after award rather than before.

The digital side runs on its own timescale and usually starts after we have already worked together. It exists because the same buyer needs both, and because a firm that prices your work does not have to be taught what your website has to say.

The fee

The fee is quoted before the work starts

Every construction engagement begins with a written fee and turnaround for the work itself, stated in United States dollars. You approve it, then it starts.
