A masonry wall is five or six trades stacked in one line item. Price it as a square footage of wall and the reinforcing, the grout and the lintels disappear into an assumption.

What the deliverable looks like for this division

Units by size and type including bond beam, lintel block and specials. Vertical bar by cell spacing, horizontal joint reinforcement by run. Grout by whether the wall is fully grouted, partially grouted at reinforced cells or ungrouted, which is one of the largest swings in the price and invisible on an elevation.

Reinforcing and grout in cells, which is a volume and not an area. Fully and partially grouted walls look identical in elevation and are very different prices.
Lintels, bearing and veneer anchors, each a count from the schedule and the wall section rather than the plan.
Cavity components: flashing in linear feet, weeps by count, insulation and air barrier by area. They live in the wall section detail.
Scaffold and access above a single storey, priced from the elevation and the sequence rather than the wall area.
